Our Story
Founded in 2005 by environmental engineer Dr. Elena Novak and renewable energy scientist Dr. Adrian Popescu, PertlyEawaken began as a small research initiative in Oradea, Romania. What started as a modest laboratory focused on improving solar cell efficiency has grown into a leading renewable energy solutions provider across Eastern Europe.
Our journey began during a time when renewable energy was still considered an alternative rather than a necessity. With limited resources but unlimited passion, our founders set out to develop sustainable energy technologies that could be both efficient and accessible to everyday consumers and businesses.
By 2010, we had expanded our research into wind energy solutions and energy-efficient building designs. The following year, we opened our first manufacturing facility, allowing us to produce our own solar panels and wind turbine components with rigorous quality control standards.
In 2015, we launched our complete home energy solution program, offering integrated renewable energy systems for residential properties. This marked our transition from a technology company to a comprehensive energy solutions provider focused on end-to-end implementation.
Today, with over 250 employees across three countries and more than 5,000 successful installations, we continue to innovate and expand our mission of making renewable energy the standard, not the exception.
